Do your kids like the Leapster TV Learning system? Do you?
Leapster TV Learning System - is it worth buying?
I am thinking of buying this Leapster TV Learning System for my kids age 6 & almost 3. My oldest has the green handheld Leapster Multimedia Learning system and loves it. The new TV system (described below) will take the same learning cartridges and I thought the two kids could enjoy this together on the TV. But I wondered what other parents thought about it. Do your kids like it, use it, is it easy to use, good quality on the TV etc etc?
Leapster TV Learning System Brings the fun and learning of Leapster games to younger kids. Game console connects to the TV and works with the entire library of Leapster games. Teaches essential school skills from pre-school through 4th grade.

The handhelds are awesome. The newer ones (ours is grey & blue) actually hook up to the TV with a cord and plays both the "old" and "new" games. The quality on the old games is pretty bad though -- and friends of ours can't get them to work at all on the system you describe.
I have 2 friends who have them. It sits while the kids plays their handhelds or PS2.
I would also think that the age range is too great for the kids to be interested in, or skilled at, the same games.
