We ordered this toy for my sons birthday. When we order things online we always test the toys before giving to our children. Most things now these days are made in China from my buying experience you get what you paid for. Now of course this time we received a broken silly sounds remote. The toy nevered worked and at first we thought maybe the battries that came with toy just were bad and replaced with fresh ones. That didn't work. So I returned back to amazon for a refund and went to toy-r-us to buy another toy since ordering another one would take to long.

I thought my granddaughters would love this remote since online it closely resembled my actual tv remote but when it arrived I was not impressed at all and the grands barely touch it. I think it would have been more interesting to them if there was some type of light at the top. It is actually pretty boring. Also, what disturbs me are the words that Oscar says when you press the number three "Get Lost" and "Yuck". I didn't think this was appropriate for babies/toddlers to learn and repeat. If I hadn't thrown away the receipt and packaging I would have definitely returned this item.

This product came in scratched even though it was in a package. It is not loud enough for anyone to hear and it certainly does not keep our grandbaby entertained at all.

I got this because my 7 1/2 month old is obsessed with our real remote. This looks pretty close to the real thing. It's cute and he plays with it but I it doesn't occupy his attention for that long. I also could do without some of the snotty "Oscar the Grouch" comments but I guess that's the character...

This may be a great fun toy, but we certainly do not appreciate #3 which is Oscar the Grouch.. he says "GET LOST", and when your child's finger constantly hits that button, hearing that too often is not appropriate for his ears in my opinion. I just dont think its funny. This button should be moved, or he should be saying something else. I give it 2 stars just for that.
